Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy.

Return Window

We accept returns within [14 days] from the date the item is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier tracking information.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

 

Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components

 Be free from damage, alterations, or missing parts

 Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

 We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used electronics


 Software, digital downloads, and license keys

 Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

 Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products

 Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs

 

Return Authorization Required (RMA Policy)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To request a return:

Contact us at support@nekantronic.com  or call : +1 (214) 894-6673 within the return period

 Provide your order number and reason for return

 Wait for approval and return instructions


⚠️ Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to sender.


Return Shipping & Risk of Loss

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item)

 We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

 The customer assumes risk of loss or damage during return transit until the item is received by us

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Texas-Friendly Consumer Protection)

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

 Provide photos or evidence of the issue

 In compliance with U.S. consumer protection standards, we will:

Offer a replacement, or

 Provide a full refund, including applicable shipping costs

 

Inspection & Restocking Fees

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

We reserve the right to:

Apply a restocking fee (up to 15–25%) if the item is opened but still returnable

 Deduct any loss in value if the product is not returned in original condition

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

 Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error

 If a refund is approved, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process it

 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

Defective products

 Incorrect items shipped

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund

 Once shipped, orders are subject to this Return Policy

 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product

Consumer rights under Texas law are not affected by this policy.
